Bookings
A stay is confirmed only when we have agreed dates with you and the confirmation payment has cleared. A request through this website is exactly that — a request — and creates no booking by itself. Rates shown are per room per night including breakfast and exclude the Tourism Dirham, which is collected at the house.
Changes and cancellation
Plans change; tell us as soon as yours do. Cancellations more than fourteen days before arrival are refunded in full; within fourteen days we refund whatever we can re-let, and we genuinely try. Whole-house takeovers carry their own written terms.
Staying with us
The house is small, old and shared. We ask for quiet in the courtyard after 22:00, care with the original fabric of the building, and supervision of children near the unfenced pool. Smoking is outdoor-only. Damage beyond fair wear is charged at cost.
