What we collect
When you request a stay we receive what you send: your name, email, phone number if you give it, travel dates, party size, room preference and message. When you stay, UAE law requires us to record passport or Emirates ID details at check-in.
How we use it
To answer your request, arrange your stay, meet legal registration duties, and — only if you ask — to write to you about the house again. We do not run advertising lists and we do not sell or trade guest information with anyone.
Where it lives
Requests are delivered to the house’s own systems and kept only as long as bookkeeping and hospitality regulation require. This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your choices
Write to stay@baytmurjan.example.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, within what the law lets us delete. We answer such requests the way we answer all of them: personally, within a day or two.
